You should try Beez's Cam-r xl prototype. It has a 80 amp lipo with the dna200. Still well under 3" wide and will run all 200 for quite a while. That mod was tougher than me by a long shot.
With the twisted messes the xl rips put it at 160w and it was pumping out the vapor and the flavor was still top notch. As I have said many times the xl is by far the best mode have ever owned or used.

I'm trying for one. I'm told it's a great chip but has issues with magnets.

Tom..you are right...a modder in Italy is testing one and he confirmed that it needs to be wired and mounted in a specific way otherwise it will be affected by the magnets holding the back panel in place.

havent got any SS wire yet to mess with so guess i need to check that out, need to setup the profile for that stuff to.its really cool not having to turn the mod off or switch to TC mode.that chip is just really smart for sure.i have my 2nd chip on the way and got a box from FDV(squonker..of course)but when it got here its not lookin like my faceplate is gonna have enuff room ..the v2 from shapeways.box is like 103mm tall x 67mm wide x 22mm thick, lil bigger then i wanted and has the corner cut off.lotsa room for a 1500 mah lipo batt and everything but gonna have to figure some new buttons, screen holder and crap out.

I have a body already made for you... I made the battery bay way to big on the very first (unseen) LBC and I have been using it as a paper weight I'll make you an LBC xl. Something around 1500 mah 100-120 amps 70-80c. It won't last all day at 200 but it will outlast YOU at 200. LEt me know.

Just got a new toy today....

Just so I can make the 510 guts, all the bells and whistles and I'm hoping it comes in handy for attys as well, I'm betting it makes custom pins a lot faster. It's my first time using a lathe so it will be a steep learning curve but I'm ready.

Same one I've got. Nice little lathe. :thumb:
Lol.... I didn't know... Promise... When I get a spare day I'm going to work on what I think the stumpy2 should be. My dream is to go in half on the cost up front and have a little control of when, what, and what colors and sizes are available. I begged for an 18mm stumpy early on last time but didn't have the money to push it hard... Once the LBCs start flowing this time will be different. Imagine a stumpy, Narda, thump fusion with an angular flair available in 22mm and 18mm with the same embedded positive post that makes the stumpy awesome.

One more surprise while I'm letting cats out of the bag.... There will be a Drifter run very soon and they will all be done just like this pair:

These will go fast, Chad screwed up and posted the list in one group on Facebook for a few hours and 12 of,them got snapped up between midnight and 2 am on a weekday. This will,be a one shot list as I don't have a source for a follow up list (but I'm working on it) I live for this stuff, and when you don't see me for a while it's because I'm behind the scenes trying to get you guys stuff. Still working on NarDas though, I'm starting to think I might have pushed him too hard.

For my lovers of specs: that's a 4-40 screw removed, re-bored and tapped to m3 with a #50/ 1.78mm squonk hole with dual 1.51mm crossovers, oh yes it will squonk, with ease.... We don't need no fancy silicone bottles.

LBC news:
The bodies shipped to me last Friday via 3 legged donkey evidently;,they should be here any minute now, the first 60 batteries are sitting waiting to be installed, 300 soft Italian 8.5 bottles shipped today, as did 250 fire/500 up down custom made buttons fresh off the Swiss CNC mill. Boards anno and carbon and we are off to the races.
