I tried the split wick in the Narda once. Didn't much care for it. I try to wick and coil as quickly as possibly so I can get back to work on building, modding, and fixing stuff for others. Before the days of catfish I would spend hours on a coil or testing wicking techniques but these days if it takes more than 5 minutes to wick and coil I move on to another atty. I love the Marquis but to me it's not worth the aggravation of rewicking let alone coiling. If you have the time I highly recommend it; I lack that time. That's why I love the Stumpy/Narda/O-Atty/Hadalay format. And yes I will be buying 2 Hadalays this week at (gulp) Retail.... I have great hope for the Hadalay, perhaps I should get a bunch?

Dang, Tom.

Mac was selling the Hadaly's for $53 this past weekend. I like these so much that my 4th one is on it's way. That one is earmarked for your DNA75!!

I'm sending my baby off to Harry tomorrow for an unbiased analysis of the new mod and then for blueprints. I have a feeling about this one. Any changes that you would like to see?

Can you take a deep breath yet? I had to struggle with that when I had mine. Turned me into a gentle tootle-puffer for a couple of weeks. I lived off ice water for a few days.

What size is the bottle? I have to admit it does look good.
On the new one? 10ml standard or 10 ml sunbox silicone(pictured).

Arrived. Thanks Tom.

Can't explain why, but it hits better now.

Same atty, dame coils, same battery.
I literally set them aside to change the 510 out then reassembled.
Now you have pressure on the contact where the atty and the 510 meet. The old concept was squishy at best, dangerous at worst.

Tom, are you seriously considering getting the (authentic) Hadaly for futzing and resale? If so, I'm definitely in ...
I'm actually on the fence. I played with Beez's Hadalay and liked it but saw no real improvements necessary. Sometimes they just get it right the first time. Rare but it happens. The only thing I could see would be adding a third hole on each side similar to the others. This would allow for a little more air with all 3 open or allow you to direct the air more effectively with only 2 holes open if built like a Narda. The O-Atty was a different story, it HAD to have something done with those wretched micro screws and plates. How that made it through testing I will never know. Once I get mine I will make a decision. Last I heard it's open for wholesale to me.
