I could also do these with the new Yihi sx475 board as well.
Just a heads up: I'm putting the finishing touches on the Lbcjr. These will be dna75, 20700 battery, Italian bottle. I will be doing 25 of them in 3D printed carbon fiber re-enforced nylon. This material amazes me. No 3d print lines or seams, amazingly strong, and silky smooth. I haven't taken many pics yet but here's a sneak peek of the bodies.

Best part: pricing will be 250-275
I'm on the fence to that regard. Carbon fiber is certainly an option but I'm actually leaning towards aluminum for the contrast and possibilities. I could also do them in the same 3d carbon/nylon material for the stealth look. When I order my 2 demos which will also be used for advertising pics I will order at least 1 set of 3d prints of the plates.Carbon fiber door panel?
I may just have to give regulated another chance
Probably 2 weeks if I push. The cool part of the 3d concept is if come up with a print by Monday I can have bodies by Friday. In contrast the LBC bodies took 9 weeks from submitting the prints to bodies in hand. The monies from the 3d run will go towards matching costs of the metal version. I so want to be able to say stainless but I need to see where that puts the price point before ringing that bell. When are these going to be ready for payment I'm pretty sure I can squeeze a lil change for one.

Iirc. It's 51mm currently.I have been on the fence with regulated squonkers because of the size. But if the width of this thing is 50 mm or less I am in.
What about height & length(or width whatever the smallest part is called?)Iirc. It's 51mm currently.
Depth will be just under an inch. Height is being reduced on the final as soon as I can get a body to Harry. Current height 100mm. Working on getting that down significantly. What about height & length(or width whatever the smallest part is called?)
What do you think?

These plates are cut by hand on my mill, the production version would be cnc cut like the LBC doors were. I'm thinking about doing the plates in ss so they would look similar these but stronger and much more durable.
Nice, really nice. What do you think?

Tom, do those mods have the same battery as the LBC?

No sir... this one uses the 20700 cell and is similar to an 18650 in format with more capacity and way more ampacity. I just never got the performance out of the 18650/dna75 combo that inspired me to invest in making a mod. The 20700 is a whole new level. Even in the sx475 this battery lasts all day. The Dna75 is much more efficient, I have both.Tom, do those mods have the same battery as the LBC?
