Cloud chase comp?

I am not a cloud chaser and have never seen such a competition though I would like to. My one and only question about this sort of thing is,,, Are there different classes of chasing? Regulated against mech, or maybe box against tube or are they seperated?

Every cloud competition is different, each with their own set of rules and regulations.

Not really a national rule book to go by. That's going to be up to the shop hosting the event. Just give them a call and ask.

Regulated and unregulated mods are often separated. There is usually a minimum resistance required, If not it might be a contest to see who is the bravest, and often it is different for regulated and unregulated.

As Ringo said the rules are pretty much up to those in charge.

I would recommend going to a vapor meet to see what is going on and meet a lot of friendly people.

Im assuming the judges just watch the exhale and declare a winner right? What if its close or hard to tell you know? I dont know, cloud comps just seem stupid to me. Id waaaaaaay rather go to a vaping convention thingy. Id love that.

Although I agree with you, I don't see any harm in it and it gives people a hobby. It's the idiots who cloud chase in inappropriate places that bug me.
