Any other cloud chasers out there? Is it like an addiction for you too (not vaping or nicotine but the size of the clouds!)? What kind of rig do you have? Show me pictures of your rigs, tell me how/why you started chasing clouds. Give me tips and pointers.

I'm currently using an 18k gold plated Buddha v2 with dual Clapton coils at .32 ohms and I'm running it all on my sigelei 150w tc.

Right here.

I go up against the Sig 150 TC every day at work. Your mod doesn't have enough power to sustain the heat required to maximize the potential of 20g KA1 twisted with 24g Ti1 ;) .

...tell me how/why you started chasing clouds.
Shallow reason: The pretty girls at work tend to take greater notice of the guys with the biggest clouds.

Give me tips and pointers.
Increase lung capacity through roadwork, diaphragmatic breathing, breath holding. Mark a wall with measurements as they do in certain competitions to gauge distance. Think density, distance and overall volume. Keep the back of your throat moist before max attempts with 100% VG (hint: take a sip of water, teaspoon of honey). Understand that no matter what you own, how you build or what you do, there are always those who will blow bigger clouds. Make friends with them, practice with them. And get used to very hot vapor.

That's the 1st build I put in my Velocity when I got it. I looked at the airflow and figured it was begging for something HUGE. Amazingly enough, if I open it all the way up, it's TOO MUCH air for that build. I have the bottom cyclops all the way open, but the top air holes are closed off completely and I still have to draw slowly to get a dense cloud out of it. Next time I build it I'm thinking dual parallel coils, and horizontal so I can get 2 tails in the well. Hopefully that will help it wick faster.

Rx200 with an authentic velocity riding on top. Dual claptons at .4 ohms 80-100w sometimes higher if I open up all of the holes. Recently I've found myself flavor chasing more and more since I got the velocity, turn it one way for max flavor, turn it the other way for maximum clouds

I wouldn't say I'm all about cloud chasing, but when I do it, I usually run with 22AWG Nichrome80 and rayon inside either the Velocity or a MutationX v4. The mod is dependent on how I want to go out. If the rules are mechs only, I take my 26650's out on the floor. If mechs and regulated - I'll take my 26650's and my IPV3-Li.

I also specifically work with spaced coils - more effective wicking in that instance and in most cases, the fastest builds possible. Since almost all cloud comps I've been to require you to build a fresh coil, have a dry wick, require the ohm's to be between .1 and .5, and require you to vape house mixtures... I just prefer the spaced coil vs their micro counterparts. However, I've recently switched to spaced coils (outside of TC) as the spacing between the wraps allows more vapor to flow out of the nooks and cranny's and also helps keep the vapor nice and cool on inhale.

I used to run with wires larger than 22AWG (20, 18, and 16) but found them to be too hot and also a strain on the battery. The craziest coil build to date that won a cloud comp was a 20AWG nano coil, single coil, that I named the hornet's nest - based on the wicking principles of the dragon coil, with a twist... there was only 1 coil, the coil sat flush with the lip of the well, and the wick was packed down into the well, leaving 1 end of the coil open and the other completely choked off.
