I like mine :) Its going with me out today for the first time

Skickat från min D6503 via Tapatalk

I like mine a lot. Like it so much I just ordered 2 more so I can tear this one apart to put in a dna40. I like it enough to have second thoughts about tearing it apart unless I have another one. It does so much in such a small size at such a cheap price.

Hi all, received mine yesterday, been playing with it and so far no rattle from the buttons and door sit tightly.

I'm happy to see how vaping technology has improved over the years, started myself with self made laser pointer mod, GGTS, Provari, Reo box mod, sigelei VW tube, i'd say i'm impressed on how this Mini has made vaping so simple and affordable.

Cheers.

I agree where else can you find these features at this price point?

Yep, Cloupor made a winner here (provided ours don't all melt down in the coming days). Doubt it'll be long before a version of this thing becomes a bantam-weight contender in the 2015 Wattwars either.

And personally, I think I'd be interested in a dual 18650 version too, same height but about 20mm wider.

My Mini shipped from GearWorst on January 10th via Netherlands Post. Stated time to delivery on the Netherlands Post site is 5-27 days. Also, my iStick 30W arrived from evape.us yesterday, but it's defective. Either the chip overheats or the temperature sensor on the chip is whacked. At 10W, using the same Aspire tanks (Nauti Mini, K-1, and CE5S) that perform perfectly on my iStick 20s, I get four or five draws, and then the unit won't fire and displays the word Protection, indicating that the chip has overheated. So, that one's gotta be sent back for exchange.

Between the Cloupor Mini having been shipped on the slow boat from China and the iStick 30W lemon exchange, looks like I'm in for considerable further wait. Oh well, worse things have happened.

By the time I finally get both of those, I'll probably have purchased an iStick 50W and/or an iPV Mini 70W. LOL.

Lets talk battery's

Well this thread is about the mini. So lets discuss battery's. There is many out there some have a higher MAH . I use the Samsung 2500 MAH Like :
2X Samsung 25R INR18650 25R 2500mAh 20A Highdrain IMR Rechargeable Battery LiIon | eBay
Will the higher battery's give more vape time or more power ? Like :
2X Genuine Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh 3 7V Li ion Rechargeable Battery Japan | eBay
I have seen even higher MaH like 5000 . Just asking so nobody fries there new Cloupour Mini.

Thanks

I would stick with the Samsung 25R. The Panasonic is a great battery but it's only 6.8a (pulse to 12a). Most 30w devices need at least 10a continuous. There is no 18650 battery with a capacity over 3600mah so the ones you see advertised over that is just dangerous. They're usually relabeled old laptop batteries.

Yeah, I'd stick with the tried and true "known good" 20A+ continuous batteries the sub-ohming/mech crowd like to use (Sony VTC4/VTC5, LG HE2/HE4, Samsung 25R, etc).

Not only for safety, but for future headroom. The price difference between a good 20A continuous vs a 10A continuous is marginal, but the ability to use that 20A battery in a higher wattage device later is worth having. Nothing worse than having a stack of good batteries that you can't use later as you upgrade because you tried to save a few pennies now and got the bare minimum. :)

Actually, the Samsung 25r and LG HE2 are cheaper than the Panasonic batteries and they're some of the best you can get. The Sony's are slightly better but hard to find and $$$ when you do. The Samsung 25r's perform a hair better than the LG HE2's but most (all?) would never know the difference in real world use. I found a 5 pack of LG HE2's for $32 shipped on Amazon so I went with those.

I think that it depends on what you plan to do with a device. I have a number of 18650B batteries and I interchange them with Samsung, Efest and VTC5. I vape at 15watts using a 1.2ohm coil in my Kayfun. That works out to 4.2volts and 3.5amps. That is well below the limit for the Panasonic. If you are getting into sub-ohming then you should not use it.

Couldn't resist. Saw this little booger at a B&M today and one touch and I fell in love with it. Fortunate enough to get one with absolutely no play in the door at all. Solid as a rock and built like a tank. Sold my istick 30w on the spot and grabbed this one. Without a doubt the smallest 18650 box mod I've ever seen. It's the same exact size as the istick.

Wow, we could have traded had we been at the same B&M at the same time. After having my Cloupor Mini for one day, my iStick 30 arrived and just in time. My CM display went dark and will not light-up. Sure it still hits, but no display.

I put my Atlantis on the iStick 30 and don't plan to look back. Sending the CM back for a refund. With the USB charging / vape while charging capability, I haven't skipped a beat. I guess I need to figure out what to do with 2 Samsung 25r and 2 LG HE 18650 batteries.
