No VIP Card at fasttech
I ordered my third mini at FastTech last week. Now today they post on ad page that due to low price no VIP card. That's ok but impossible to know which batch you get.
Due to low Price? Gear Best is Cheaper and included the VIP
Should not matter now anyway. Dozens of runs have passed since things were corrected.
Not that I agree, but Most regulated Mods give no indication of build date

Thanks for the support. I did a new build now and managed to run it @ 30w for 15 sec. No "too hot" warning came up so all is well.
Too bad FT seem to remove the VIP Card from the packaging. Why would that be cheaper??
Not a deal breaker. On the day I ordered that VIP warring wasn't there. I bought my last mini at Gear Best and it included the VIP card. I have had good luck at FT so I ordered. I'm not worried about no card but wonder why Cloupor removes it. I would guess FT is the only warranty with no card. If there is a problem I have 2 other cards. A serial # should at least be included......
If this is means there's no warranty, I call BS! If that IS the case, I would look at it as "one card fits all"- seeing as I have a VIP card from a previous purchase.No VIP Card at FastTech

I think FT has a warranty with what they sell. I never got why the VIP card anyways. What did that stand for ? Very Important Person ? Vaper In Paris? It just had the serial # on it. It was a waist of plastic. You may soon see that all venders who sell below recommended price will not have the VIP card. Or maybe fazed out altogether.
I thought it was a 'proof of purchase' type deal. Other than the dreaded 00002xxxxx run of mods or whatever # it was, I don't see much use for the vip cards, either- unless they call for it for a warranty claim.
That's its purpose, rather than serialize the device, they just print a card for each one coming off the line. Call it proof of purchase if you like, but they won't do warranty requests without that number.
Still.. There was no information regarding this prior to purchasing.. If it somehow makes it cheaper for FT to buy it from Cloupor without the VIP card then it should be stated as clear as possible. Had i known that i would've waited for my previous purchase from Gear best, which i cancelled because there was a back order on it.
What it sounds like to me is that Cloupor is done with Mini production, and blowing stock out of inventory at a low wholesale price sans direct consumer warranty support. Doesn't preclude the seller from taking responsibility.
If something does go wrong, you can bet FT will take care of you, especially if you purchased before their announcement (and probably why they bothered to announce it in the first place, so they don't have to take care of anyone who bought it after).

Two things not considered yet. Maybe they are clones now without a card OR they still have a warranty, they still have a serial number but clouper is saving money by not using cards anymore.

There are no numbers I have been able to find on a Cloupor mod - only the firmware Version. The card is/was Proof of purchase of a Valid Cloupor.
No, the Fasttech units are Not clones.
I hope Cloupor is NOT discontinuing the mini .

Thanks SS stingray, But I had to remove it. It was on crooked and bothered me.
mine came today! i quickly overdosed on nic using 12 mg juice in the atlantis. gonna try out a new coil and some 0 nic juice to see how the atlantis does on it. i like the size of this box, got it from ft after only 10 day from order.
I had to remove the sticker on mine too. Labels just bug me.
