Yeah, saw that too. It sucks, but I'm looking forward to the mini anyway.

I don't mind the 1 second delay. I have a device that does that but it's never really bothered me. I actually don't even notice most of the time.
The saving grace here may be Elev8 vape. As Cloupor's "Authorized US office for warranty and repair", they may have repairable Minis available in the not-to-distant future for $5 a piece...

I have a KSD clone from FC that has a 2 sec delay and I just don't use it. I actually modified it with a 510 and 12mm fire button as a test mule for future mods. My FT Hana mini clone has a 1 sec delay and that will get a DNA 40 and 18650 upgrade.
I HATE that delay and is the main reason I don't use either of those.
That sounds like they expect a bunch of bad units. Not happy with the 1 second delay either. FastTech got my last order. There were some black mini's on ebay this morning but they sold out in short order.

Since most won't like the 1 second delay, do you think it would pay to email Cloupor about our disappointment ? I also would have loved to see screws for the doors with the magnets. That way it would be up to the user which way to use. Any other concerns chime in. It is hard to complain when i haven't yet got one .

It might. It worked with their Hana clones. If I didn't get mine for so cheap, I would've already canceled my order.

Which review? I didnt see that. The guy selling these for 69.99 looks like its hitting immediately. What did I miss?
Both times he hits it I see vapor coming out before it gets to his mouth.

I already emailed Cloupor about being disappointed. FastTech didn't ship my mini today as promised. The new Istick 30 is the same size as the C mini. I would stick with the Istick but they won't have replaceable battery's. I guess I just can't get the perfect mod. Is it possible the manufacturers know the things wrong, but know we will buy a bunch and then buy the improved version ?

A fella' in the iStick thread posted that the DNA 30 V3 was "comparatively inefficient versus the 30W-iStick" and "won't fire below the native battery voltage".

There was a review on Reddit but it looks like the same guy that posted on this forum. I got mine for $34 from FT with a 10% code (xmas14). There's a delay to fire from sleep, not when it's awake.
I'm over the Istick. The threading absolutely sucks and doesn't last more than a month. Same with the center pin. The VS rDNA40 is perfect for me. It has a replaceable battery with a magnetic door, spring loaded 510 pin and threads are solid. That's why I bought a VS DNA30 as well. About the size of an Istick but MUCH better quality.
The RDNA 40 is $189.00 and the DNA30 doesn't have a replaceable battery.
Cancel orders? Repurchase? Save ten dollars?
