Cloupor has fixed their earlier problem - if you buy used, make sure the serial number is not 0002xxx. Both the ipv and cloupor have replaceable 18650 batts. Here's a size comparison - ipv on the left:

IPV has a crappy press fit connector with cheap insulation that will fail in time.

Skip both and buy Innokin MVP knowing they actually stand behind what they put out.

The mvp 30w is a good choice along with the Sigelei 30w and 50w. I have the sig 50w v2 and I love it.
