just get him a couple small 350 mah battery and a mini tank. then at lunch he can swap them out from the truck. just put it in his pocket on the inside of the coveralls. they are small and will not be as prone to breaking as the long one will...

He isn't wearing cheap-o layers... He has an underarmor layer on closest to skin. I am sure there are better bottom layers, however, this is a short term gig, and unless he gets another simipar to it, no real reason to invest in REALLY good stuff. I think the evening I spoke with him, he was particularly annoyed, and probably making a bigger deal out of "getting at it" in a layer due to his grumpiness. We've all had those days, not enough nic, too much work, weather, kids, whatever. Sounds like he placed it in the inner pocket of his coat, and had better success. Well, he wasn't so verbal about it anyway. He did flip to the 50/50 blend as well. Who knows.... I may have thrown up a thread looking for advice over a mini nic fit! I appreciate all the info... I am in CO, but I haven't had any issues with my PV, but again, I am a cubicle clunker.

Nothing wrong with under armor. Wore lots while I wore a uniform. But there are warmer options. Just my 1 cent worth. Heck that's all my opinion is worth. And besides. You can't make change for a penny.
