I can't believe out of all the people on ECF this is all the signatures there are. When the FDA burns us we will have nobody to blame but ourselves. Times a wasting.

Yeah I dont get it 5card. I guess this has passed by us so many times people have decided its not going to happen.

This time it will. Its on the docket. Unless the FDA gets distracted or told to back off they will place deeming regulation on ecigs in april. They do not answer to anyone. They are not elected. They do not care who is upset.

The best we can do now is make some noise. Wake up the politicians. Get them to put pressure on the FDA to hold off.

Yeah, this petition was started by my friend Bill here locally. I think I was the third or fourth signature. It didn't take long but I also knew that it was not spam and I could trust the site because my friend started it. It's cool to see it posted on all the sites and up on doors to local e-cig vendors. I wish we were a more united front. Maybe we will become united in oppression when/if the FDA puts it's dirty foot down on our precious vape.

Plus 1. I think when something is too easy, it may be conceived as too good to be true. Folks need to remember that this whole vaping market is still in its infancy to the eyes of the general public.

You got me? Everyone likes vaping and knows how important it is to our health, both financially and physically but I think a lot of them just feel it doesn't pertain to them or they're worried they might make the government mad at them. Tis the only reason I can find for not clicking one click to sign it. Both of them reasons are wrong. I just know after it's over and we can only get juice that's 6mg strong, or only the flavor and kind they deem right, tiny batteries, $10.00 apiece for cartos. Anything can happen when the government gets their hands controlling this industry and remember Big Tobacco and Pharmacy (both who lose money from ecigs) are part of the agency looking to control these and they want to stop losing money.
