Not gonna pretend to have read all of it at his point, but I eventually will. Got through about 25% of it and skimmed down through most of the rest, so far.
From what I did read, this is potent and important stuff - and could bode well for vapers. At the very least, it is profoundly supportive of our position.

Bill, Great job. Now I can find a reference for any subject. Thank You. Is there going to be legal action if the FDA passes this? If there is, count me in for any financial help. I'm not a rich vaper but I can sure throw some $ their way. I just read ALL 53 pages of Carl Phillips response to the FDA. Outstanding. I can't believe they wouldn't take any comments or evidence from you. Well any government organization that uses "evidence" from 1981 and 2002 is rather suspect in my opinion.I'd really like to do battle. They are going to kill us!

Please note that the FDA has ignored all of my past oral and written comments (and those of many others) and all of the scientific evidence submitted to the agency's tobacco regulatory dockets since 2009.

Therefore, the intended audience for my FDA comments opposing the Deeming Regulation were e-cig company attorneys, Judge Richard Leon and the DC Court of Appeals (if/when FDA issues a Final Rule and subsequently sends cease-and-desist letters to thousands of vape shops and other e-cig manufacturers/importers in 2017 shortly after the FDA approves a half dozen new tobacco applications filed by Big Tobacco companies and NJOY for cigalike products).
