made an order yesterday but did nit recieve any email for confirmation. am i suppose to?

I've gotten immediate order confirmations, then shipping confirmation. Think all orders do, so something else must be up. Considered the obvious already I'm sure -- e.g. spam folder, accuracy of email addy you entered, etc.? Maybe logging in and going to your account page would show something? (Haven't looked at what info is shown there myself.)

I ordered on the 8th received an email on the 10th it shipped and the tracking number is no good. Don't know what's up with that but I'm going to find out.
Not sure what you mean by 'no good,' but it takes awhile for the number to start showing in the system, and then USPS tracking numbers don't always give actual tracking info either. Only thing that can be counted on is having arrival confirmed once you already have it and know that. Also, Whatever you're seeing or not seeing would probably be affected by the shipping option you chose as well.

Just some possibilities, anyway!

Oh yes, Sparklet if you're talking about an order & shipping conf for the free juice sample, what Katya said is definitely what's going on there. (Ben, maybe you should add that note to the sample order page too!)

1st class does not have tracking, so the number it sends is only for confirmation purposes.

what is the order # on the receipt? You can also login if you created an account with us, and see all previous orders. It's more than likely gone out.
