Connection post cleaning.. How do you clean it?

I normally just wipe with paper towel but some attys leak more than the others and i was wondering how you guys clean your connection post. Does anybody use cue-tips + cleaners etc? Thanks.

Aft,
You can use 99% alcohol and a q-tip.
This generally gets all the gunk out.
