"conversations"

So I'm a little confused with this new forum software. I'm not going to complain how most everything sucks, but I am having an issue with "conversations". So over the past couple months I've figured out how to actually have a conversation and message back and forth awkwardly, but all of a sudden today I cannot conversation with anyone because I have 1300 conversations and am using 400% of the 300 conversations I am allowed??? Ok so I'll go delete some.... errr un-conversate some... really only 20 at a time? So my questions are:

1. How do I export "conversations"? So I can save some important ones or am I just out of luck Chuck.
2. How to delete conversations because there doesn't seem to be that option.
3. When deleting how do I delete hundreds at a time or all of them if I'm able to export them for safe keeping?
4. Why all of a sudden am I limited to 300? When a week ago I was fine?
5. If I donated more money, how many of these problems go away?

Am I even posting in the right place? Also will my post now be locked and deleted because I replied to myself?

Click your user name at the top right of the page. Click conversations. Click the boxes of the ones you want to delete, then leave conversations. Make sure not to click the ignore box, unless you want to ignore those people, then click leave conversations. Might be different because I use my phone but not tapatalk though.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this yet. We hope that functionality will be included when XF releases 2.0 in the future.

Just leave the conversation.

3. When deleting how do I delete hundreds at a time or all of them if I'm able to export them for safe keeping?

When selecting conversations to leave, you'll see the option to "Select All" on the moderation box. Select that and everything on the page will be selected.

4. Why all of a sudden am I limited to 300? When a week ago I was fine?

Subscribing members get the ability to have more conversations in their inbox. If your subscription runs out without renewing, you revert back to what the rest of the membership gets.

5. If I donated more money, how many of these problems go away?

If you resubscribe, your inbox will go back to the extra messages allowed to be kept in your inbox.

That must have been it. I've resubscribed for another year. Strange I didn't get any notification. Oh well hopefully things will go back to "normal" soon now that I've paid up. Thank you retired1

I know how to delete individual conversations but how to delete multiple ones at one time? I am nearing a full Inbox and doing one at a time is ridiculous.

Look for the check box to the left of the conversation title. Check that box and you'll now see an option to "Check all". This allows you to delete (Leave) them a page at a time.
