we know how bad smoking is, we know that quitting smoking greatly reduces health risks. but we do not know how bad using an E-cig is in the long term.. and we wont know for a while.

I know, for me this is the only way I could quit smoking. I smoked for many years and tried the pills/patches/gum and it didn't work. I researched for close to a year and I'm pretty confident for me, that I made a good decision.

If I could quit, and most research suggests most people aren't very successful at quitting - that'd probably be best. But that ship sailed and I'm happy (estatic!) that I found vaping.

i have converted my wife, there is a guy in my unit that i work with who is semi interested in converting but he seems to be one of those all talk guys... but to be fair he is having his share of financial issues, and even though im not a fan of just handing my pv to people to take a "toot" (i dont know why but that has really grown on me lately) when he asks i hand it to him... trying to help... really want to get a separate drip tip... (off topic) the other day he gave me grief over how i put pretty much the whole tip in my mouth... he phrased it easier than that... and i just shot him a glance...

(back on topic) another buddy at work who doesnt smoke but has heard me talking about everything claims i know more about ecigs and what is in them than i do about my actual job... while he is mistaken and i know plenty about my job... i have taken plenty of time to become very knowledgeable on this subject... i do dream of someday opening my own b&m once i am out of the army and have the funds to do so...
