I am trying to order new batteries for my Prodigy and when I click add to my cart I am told that the privacy setting on my computer must be lowered. It was set at medium and even when I changed it to low, it still wouldn't take my order. I had no trouble with this when I ordered my Prodigy. What should I do? I need those batteries. I love my Prodigy!

Something must be wrong with their website. I tried to add batteries to the cart and I get the same message about cookies. Other things can be added but not batteries.
