Good afternoon/evening Posse! Long time no see. Sorry, I've been occupied. Spent a long weekend scrapbooking. Had a lot of fun, met some ladies from Northern CA, but none from the area. Was nice to get away and stay at a hotel all weekend - a well needed break from the house and a some well deserved time with other woman!!!! I learned a lot too!

Hope all is well with everyone. If there is anything I need to be caught up on, let me know - I am terrible at going back and catching up, so you are liked and loved. Hugs for anyone that needs them ((( )))

Hubby is home sick he never stays home when he doesn't feel well, so he really must be sick. Home made chicken soup on the menu for dinner.

Asking for good thoughts/prayers for my Uncle who was admitted into the hospital this morning. My gut tells me we may be heading back to MN He has the flu and they can't stabilize his BP. He is 88 & I can't figure out why he would have the flu, he should have had a flu shot, if he was properly being taken care of by his son/my brother. Its an eary feeling when you know something is just not right. I told Mr. Hubby we may have to hit the mall for warm clothes. I know where my Columbia is!

One of the best, most fun shows I've been to was this band in a tiny venue. Something like 150 people. Brody Dale (front woman) is cool as hell. Really down to Earth. Now she's doing Spinnerette. A less hard but still rock band.

Nothing really. Haven't found him a home. He's staying on the dog run outside which I hate for him but I guess he's still better off than he was. The wife and I go out there with him. Hasn't been to pleasant with all the rain. He doesn't like water so stays under the patio.

Poor guy. I really hope he makes a great dog for someone

It went below freezing last night for sure - the pool had ice on it Now hubby had to turn pool cleaner back on the pump is going and the noise drives me crazy. Haven't heard a thing on my Uncle. Not sure if that is good or bad.

Chicken soup is simmering, smells wonderful. Hubby finally turned off t.v. and went back to bed - where he should have been all day IMO. Good thing about soup is you can eat it any time.

Yep, it's warm here. It was around 65 today. Perfect temps.

The wick was not too hard to straighten, but the part with the coil was rough. It would probably be better if I just unwrapped the coil, straightened the wick and redid the coil again.

Let me practice on the altoids first. There are a couple issues I haven't worked out yet. Like if the connector is flush then you can't use a tank or the lid will hit it. So, either the connector needs to be raised (how??) Or I could cut a half moon out of the edge of the lid with dremel.

It's more a depth issue. Plenty of room. That thing is huge!
