Good morning posse! Late to log on, I was enjoying a lovely cup of coffee. Then another, then a third... Now that I am slightly wired, I am working.

I wouldn't have any way to cut the holes out in glass for the 510 connector and the switch.

Well, I'd make the glass 'box' or tube, so I could pop the hole wherever. One for switch, one for 510? 2 holes? Also, does it matter where I put them? Obviously 510 on top. Can I pop a hole for the button anywhere?

This is only an idea right now.

Yes, you could put the switch wherever as long as it's not in the way of the battery. If you're thinking of building something, I'd order a switch and prewired 510 connector from madvapes. Then build around that with enough room for whatever battery you are going to use. I have plastic battery holders for 18650.

This gun crap isn't funny anymore.New York just laid gun owners low with no grandfathering in and confiscation is under consideration.This is the same state that won't let you buy a 32 ounce pepsi at your local McDonalds. for fear you might get fat.Fortunately Ohio has a republican majority and looks like the only gun legislation that is being looked at is allowing teachers to carry guns. That not withstanding it will not matter what the states pass.Federal laws will override it and it looks like we're heading for a gun free america long term.....If gun laws don't pass the house and senate the Vice President has outlined 19 specific gun control proposals for the Obama administration to take while bypassing Congress

Morning Posee!

I have exciting news, which my son made me promise not to post on FB, so I'm not posting it on FB (it would piss his sister off anyway). He received his PSAT scores, which he didn't tell us (no big deal to him) and we haven't gotten them in the mail yet. So last night I'm laying in bed, heating my knee and he comes in and tells me he has something to talk to me about. He got over 30 emails from small private colleges, all of the UC (U of CA) schools, Cal Poly Tech & some other big Universities. I asked him why - seems he had an almost perfect score on his PSAT. 100% in Math, 97 in English and I can't remember the rest. I went online to find out what the highest score you can get is, but I couldn't find it. Lets just says he scored above the national average by over a lot, I think national average is 150, he got over 250. We are so proud of him, but he is really playing it down & doesn't think its a big deal. It qualifies him for all the National Merit Scholarships. Next up, the SAT and the ACT. I'm just so happy for him & so proud!! Had to share and celebrate with the Posse!!!

We are down to one puppy.I feel bad for him because all of his friends are gone.He whines a little but it's not been too bad...
Our puppy room planner comes on Monday to go over plans.I'll be so glad that they have a nice place that is easily cleaned...Mr.??? will have to be the cleaner upper...and for that I am grateful...

V, I've said this before, but I'll re-iterate because it's so important. And you probably already know.

With the french press you don't need as much as drip. Grind the beans as coarse as the grinder will allow. Only fill the the beans to the bottom of the handle or just a little more depending on how strong you like it. Boil water, pour in to FP, stir, put screen in just enough to submerge grinds and steep for 3-5 minutes. Slowly press it down. Fin.

Got a call from my son Nick...Looks like he's resigning from the Air Force after 10 years of service.He's working for Chase Bank now.He watches and blocks Iran,Syria,and Egyptian hackers that try to break into the U.S.banking system.He must be good at it.They gave him a raise and an office...
Jimmy resigned his Commission as a Captain in the Rangers but he still can be called back for 4 more years.They don't let Officers or Rangers off the hook so easily.He'd go back in a heart beat if he got the call.I hope it never comes.He did 2 tours in Iraq that's enough for anyone.
