So, my uncle has been on a canning kick. He has canned bbq, sauerkraut, deer sausage and stew meat.. Then he got a dehydrator and we now have apple chips, carrots, oranges, lemons, bananas, bell peppers and mushrooms..

oh, he has been making jerky for years, has big dehydrator for that but he wanted to try fruits and he got himself just a cheap little plastic dehydrator.
