I do know that it clogs everything faster than any other flavor we make. I've talked to the supplier of the flavoring that I believe is the culprit. They tell me that it is not the flavoring, that it must be my VG. It's not the VG.We've tried different flavorings, but the test people tell me to go back to the original.
Some people run it at a higher setting and say it is better that way, I prefer to just burn my coil off every day or so.
But now that you mention it, I will talk to the supplier again. Perhaps if I keep pestering them, they will fix it.
If I were a betting man, I'd put it all on a flavor component. I sometimes vape 100%, non distilled water, VG. I can use the same 510 atty for over 2 weeks with minimal cleaning. Let your flavor guy put that in his pipe and vape it. It ain't the VG!!! My guess is residue form natural flavoring.
If you can, find out their filtering technique. I bet it can be approved.
<---Used to have a garden that needed excellent filtering.
