Good evening Posse! 
I was in a cooking mood, so I have a pot of navy bean soup started. Should be good about 9-10 pm! 
I found the stencils at the craft store, and also some small paints in the colors I wanted.

I picked up a thingy at a thrift store, it's a combination paper towel/waxed paper/ foil holder. It started out as a really dark wood, and I painted it white and did some teeny stencils on it. It looks great now!I wrapped half in paper towels for the white, and a paper bag for the stain. I'm staring at it deciding which I like better. Match the cabinets or let them disappear into the white wall. hmmmm.... if this is the hardest decision I make today it's a good thing.

I didn't wear the matching pants it was an old suit that had some moth holes in it so I made it into mardi gras suit a couple years ago.

Hockey game sounds like fun...never been to one...never been to a baseball, football, hockey, basketball, well, you get the point. Hockey and baseball games are on my bucket list. Along with, nevermind.

Hockey games are SO much fun. I couldn't care less about watching hockey on tv, but it's a blast to see one (I prefer minor league, believe it or not) in person.

I didn't mean to sound mysterious. I just thought that no one really cared what was on the rest of my bucket list, hence nevermind.
I don't have a bucket list. I should probably make one...but honestly, I've done most of the stuff that would go on it.

I still have a few things on my list, although I really don't have an official one.
Was doing ruff draft of taxes.This will be the 1st year I've had to pay in that FIN sucks....
The wife bribed me. She would pay for Mexican if I went grrrrrocery shopping with her. We went to BiLo where they are doing double coupons. She spent $112 and saved $102. God bless that woman.
My bucket list includes a cruise to Alaska, see the Aurora Borialis . A cruise to the Caribbean. And basically anything else that would let me be on the sea. I dont miss the Navy, but I really miss the open sea.
Ive been to AHL and NHL hockey games. College football. College and pro basketball. Racing from dirt to NASCAR, motocross, Monster Truck races. Still havent been to an NHRA race though. Im hoping that will change this year though. Especially since the drag strip opened up not too far from here with 4 lanes of racing.
And with that, Im off to eat a bowl of ice cream and then get to bed. The joys of working through the weekend. Those of you who do it on a regular basis are the definition of crazy.
And goodnight!

Very cool way to remember your friend!So, I got something really awesome for Nox and some of his ashes. A friend of mine is going to make a pendant, dedicated to Nox with a bit of his ashes in it. So I'll be able to wear him wherever I go.
The pendent will look similar to this (He sells on Etsy- That's where the "C1" comes from. For easy ID for custys)
