Well hell. haley s phone was going straight to voicemail. So I jumped out at the mall to go looking for her. Find out the mom has just picked them up. Get back out to the car and I left the lights on in the mustang. It won't start. So now I'm stuck for at least an hour.
Back when I was quail hunting a lot, I bought a little MECC press to load my own. I was having trouble with the standard low-base loads and #7.5 and #8 shot not having quite enough juice to reliably pin down Gambel quail, since they're pretty tough little birds. I had almost as much developing the load and reloading the shells as hunting.

Another wicked Monday! It took 2 hours longer than normal today to sort all the parcels. You'd think I worked in a rich neighborhood where all people do is shop all weekend! Oh wait, I do.
I don't know if I could do that, but then there isn't much I don't like. Except the things with faces, and I just remove the faces before I cook them.

It's been quite a productive and all around good Monday. Weigh in didn't suck. I'm gonna brag that I'm down 30 pounds now. 
I started on my taxes. I was afraid I wouldn't get a lot back since I am an independent contractor and my taxes have to come out of the refund we would normally get. Luckily we won't owe and will actually get a refund. That's the one thing about being an IC that stinks....I don't get taxes taken out. Tomorrow will be a pretty laid back day. Hubby will be home from work so will spend the day with him.

I got home and the kids had devoured a whole pizza leaving nothing for me and the wife. So, I started digging through the fridge and found leftover taco meat, sour cream, white american cheese, jalapenos, chilies, mexican blend cheese, a tomato, and I saw an open bag of restaurant style tortilla chips. Then, I found a recipe for restaurant style cheese dip, which I can drink with a straw. I made the dip, which was PERFECTION, crumbled the chips , diced the 'maters, reheated the taco meat, poured the dip on it, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream, and BOOM! Not so instant taco salad. But MAN it was good!!!! I didnt even share.
