I think those Enkei gunmetal wheels would be my choice.

I'm thinking either those, the Motegi or Sparco Terra.

just got home from taking Alex to an appointment. Before that hubby and I went to lunch for Valentine's Day. Ate waaaay too much but it was goooood! Before we went there he went to Radio Shack...I wasn't sure why until he said that we were there to get me the Galaxy s3 for my Valentine's and early birthday present! Yaaaay!!! He even bought me an otterbox case for it (which I balked about because they are so expensive but he said it was a good case and will last and protect the phone better than what I usually buy). He always seems to surprise me with the unexpected. I was going to buy the phone with money I got for my bday from family but now I can buy something else with that. It's been a happy day here! I love the phone so far. Still need download my apps from the play store onto it and change some settings but so far it's great!

Sorry you're having another Monday, JD. Tomorrow will be better.

Off to catch up with the rest of the day...

Now you can get a Provari!

Jake swallowed his coffee bean immediately. Victor played with his, throwing it up in the air, pouncing on it, mouthing it, throwing it again.... Jake caught it mid toss and swallowed it. Game over. Victor was not impressed with his brother, the bean thief.

LMFAO!!! Told you they like coffee beans.

Charlie sleeps in a crate at night and he loves his, too. When he gets tired he starts hovering around the bedroom door. When I tell him "get your bone" he gets all excited, grans it, and as soon as I tell him "ok" (you can go through the door) he streaks into the bedroom and into his crate.

Stretchy, a crate is like a "cave" to a dog - it's shelter, comfort, and protection. She may very well appreciate it if she's feeling badly, even if she was never in one before.

Shrek loves his crate. We leave the door open all the time and he goes in and out. Heck, the kids even crawl in there with him.

Home and baking cookies.

I'll give Victor a bean this evening, though I'm not sure how he'll do with it. Boxers have a terrible bite so he can't pick up small things, if he drops it out of his mouth he's doomed to lick it around the house. blech.

 I can so picture that. Shrek does the exact same thing. Everything he eats falls right back out the side of his mouth.

Well said. My mom's dog was the most spoiled dog on the planet, but every night at 9:30 like clockwork she would get up from where ever she was, grab the corner of her favorite little blanket and drag it to her crate. She'd spend the next few minutes getting her bed just right, then get in and close the door behind her. Don't even think of trying to get her out of there before morning.

Tiff, I took a class where we made a soft sculpture person. I was quite proud of my project. One night I came home from work and she had been eaten. Both dogs looked guilty sitting there with the parts strewn all over the house, but I couldn't figure out who did it. Three days later Cody was drinking and I noticed something go to the bottom of the bowl from his mouth. What??? I looked in the bowl and there was one of her eyes. It had been stuck somewhere in the jowls of the big white beast. Guilty, guilty, guilty. :glare:

I'm watching the new Survivor and wondering why these people don't think to put on a swimsuit under the clothes they wear out there. Or why they wear these dressy clothes out there to begin with. The first thing they do is have a competition and half the men are wearing pink underwear or tightie whities...

You are making the case for why I don't watch Survivor.

LMAO!!

When Shrek eats he gets a mouthful of food and the kibbles fall out the sides as he chews because his jowls are so flappy. Fiona comes along and makes a meal out of what falls from his mouth. I can't tell you how many slobbery pieces of dog food I've stepped on. Yuck!

The owner of one of the shops I work at has a boxer. I get slimed everytime I'm at work. She also has a dachshund (did I spell that right?). Of course the little one is the boss. How does that happen I wonder? Fiona is 7 pounds and bosses Shrek the 140 pound goofball around. I can't figure out if she's really alpha or if he just lets her think she is.

The little ones are always the boss. My Dad brought his Maltese over and I had to lock the boys in a bedroom for their own safety. They wouldn't put the pushy little guy in his place. He's smaller than their heads, but they backed away from him. Go figure. Sonny was quietly cheering Jake on to just eat the darn mean little thing.

Jake's grumpy too. He's going to be even crabbier when he realizes that he's going to the vet this week. Nothing clears a waiting room like this old grouch growling his way through it. He wouldn't bite anyone, but he makes sure everyone hears how unhappy he is at being there.
Yeah, Fiona isn't the sweetest little dog either. She's just plain grumpy.

Sorry it took me so long to catch up. I was distracted by United States of Bacon. Again. :D

We had to make a run to Walmart. My scale stopped working and we had to try to exchange it without a box or receipt. We were not successful. So we just bought a new one. We also met my brother, sister in law, and niece there. Hes been living with my dad while in school since he got out of the Corp. Dad made him the same offer as he made me. They could stay with him until he found a job, and as long as he was in school, he wouldnt have to pay any bills, just help around the house and pay for food. Then a few weeks ago, dad told him that if he stayed much longer, he would have to pay the mortgage bill every other month. For years, my brother never saw what it was about my dad and step mom that made me dislike them so much. But after living with them for three months, my brother now understands. And it was a hell of a revelation. Especially since my brother was the favorite son for so long. My sister in law is at her breaking point with them. BUT, they will be getting an apartment VERY soon.

Hi everyone. Hope y'all are having a good day.

Question: Which wheels look better to you? If you need to pick a color for the car, it's "Metropolitan Grey". All wheels are 17". I just bought new tires for the stock 17" wheels and I'll be damned if I'm buying another set for 18"s.

My two votes...

Umm but life can stop because of this it happened to me it took me 1 hour to walk a dog because i needed to lay down on the sidewalk after 2 steps, couldn't wipe my A double ss by myself. Waiting because i thought it would go away only left me with perm nerve damage and not being able to feel anything in 1/2 my foot. But hey i needed to work couldnt stop they need me... O they fired me lol. Sorry bro back pain sux but get her fixed if you can.
When it first happened, I couldnt move. No standing, sitting, laying down, walking, nothing. The Navy claimed there were two treatments. One involved burning off nerve endings around the hernia. To me, not an option. The second treatment involved injecting steroids into the caudal cavity to kill the inflammation enough to allow scar tissue to build up around the spinal cord. After three treatments over the span of six months, it finally worked. Not enough to be pain free, but enough to where I could function. After my last check up, Ive been given a third option if it continues to get worse, and that will involve removing the herniated disc and inserting a piece of plastic around the spinal column in place of the disc and it will eventually fuse the vertebra together.

Victor loves his crate, it's his personal get away.
Charli goes into her crate very willingly when shes told to. We have to shut her in there whenever we leave or she eats various non food items around the house. If she's in there without being told to be, shes done something wrong and puts herself in timeout.

Cookies are done and the kitchen is clean again. It's weird, I got a lot more cookies out of this batch. It might just be a coincidence that Mr. V isn't home.
Lies. You just made them smaller.
