I had a bowl of Corn Pops with Almond milk and a glass of Odwalla Superfood!
Now that i'm caught up.... my new PROVARI is Awesome!!! The only thing i don't like is that i'm left handed and have to twist my arm at a weird angle to read the screen.

My "quiet night" hasnt been so quiet. As soon as I got home, the wife said we needed to take Charli to the vet. We got her nails trimmed and another unmentionable procedure done. Then since we were there, we looked over in the groomer's window. They had three groomers and only one dog. So we walked in and asked if they could do a quick trim on Charli's face. This is what we left with:
Then it was a trip to Cracker Barrel. I am absolutely miserable now. And I had been doing really good on my diet until tonight. If I want to make it balance out for the week, I need to just not eat for two more days.

Awww... poor thing
Her bone at the top of her spine is not fitting into the socket.They put her in a cast to see if it will go where they want it to.She's miserable.She will be wearing it for 3 months.She can only leave her kennel to go potty..
