Its my birthday today. Was this supposed to happen? This pear tastes good already but I can tell it needs a steep. Still has a little alcohol taste going on. I think I might have to go ahead and put it into a tank though.

Anyone ever speed steep their copper creek? Like put it into a warm water bath or set it on top of their router type of thing?

p.s. I really like the clarity of these juices. Thanks for not adding coloring!

Happy Birthday, BrokenLung!!!

Honestly, I think 'speed steeping' is fantasy BS. Just open it up, exchange the little amount of air in the bottle and let it sit in a dark, cool place. And yes, the clarity of most of the CC juices is very nice.

Evening Posse...I took Dixie to OSU today I thought they would take xrays to see if her spinal cord is staying in the vertebrae whatever that means..They didn't do that they just changed her cast but said she appeared happier whatever that means..Anyway They really have a nice system for taking patients..You sign in and within 15 minutes a tech comes out and tells you what they think they will be doing for the pet, takes your phone number and calls you to tell you how long it will be till the Vet sees your pet...You can go shopping or out to lunch or whatever because they are fairly accurate..If they get finished early they call you to let you know. When you come back you meet with the vet and she goes over everything she does...It is so much better than sitting in the waiting room for hours. They are sooo busy there but I'm grateful they are close. They have only tried this procedure once before on a Teacup Chihuahua. It worked.. otherwise eventually they won't be able to use their hind legs.So it's a long day but worth it.

Great news that she seems to be getting better!

It wouldn't be a bad idea to set the alarm and when it went off you would remember you needed to remember something...But yeah that would be so convenient to send yourself a text.I wonder why they haven't thought about that before.
Why the he!! can't we send text reminder messages to ourselves?? It would be so helpful for those of us (me :)) that suffer from CRS! I'd love to be able to send a txt that would arrive at 3:30pm that would remind me to grab milk on the way home, or whatever. The technology should be able to do that! :glare: Or to remind me that family birthdays are coming up!

You are soooo lucky you are all the way down in Texas!

What's with dogs and litter boxes? I have devised a way to put the litter box in the basement and away from the dogs.I got a gate with a doggie door that the cats can go up and down but the dogs are too big to go thru...It's fabulous..
Furkids are being bad today. Xena keeps getting in the litterbox and Blackie was up on the kitchen counter. :grr:

Posse news announcement!

Our beloved Stretchy has accepted the position of Queen Axe Wielder. Or what ever she chooses to call it.

Her title will change as soon as they can get it done, and she does have the authority to do whatever is needed in my absence.

Long Live the Prettiest Queen! *bows*

carry on....
