Well, I stumped the Dr! I don't have an ear infection, her best guess is that my salivary gland got blocked for a bit. And since she had me there, she decided I need to come back for a physical. I knew that would happen. I dislike them because they never find anything. Oh well. And she said I had to get a Tetanus and something else shot today. Ok, whatever.

And my fridge decided to do the cold freezer/warm fridge thing again. At least it's over 80F today, so I have a fan sitting in front of the freezer blowing lots of warm air to defrost it. So far I've had a good sized puddle come out from underneath, which didn't happen last time, so hopefully this will fix it a bit more permanently. <sigh>

I'm ready for a nap!

It's shaping up to be a lovely day all around for some of us. I just got the "you ship slower that **** does. Um, they pull it off a shelf and toss it in a box. I have to mix it first. UGH.

Thought I'd share what I've spent the last 1.5 hours on. I found a couple of twigs and a leaf. Seriously, I did. Notice the hair is in one piece because of the matting. And the feet are encrusted with at least 2 months of mud.

That's fuking awful and neglectful. Part of dog ownership, especially long hair/shedy breeds is grooming. At least monthly. I Furminate weekly. My dog love it. I have to be gentle on Lui with it because he has pink, sensitive skin. But they drool when getting Furm'd.

Nope, and I have no plans to either. For some reason, they find it necessary to request your SS# to sign up. IMHO, they don't need that, they get my bank info and that should be enough.

Thanks FV! Thought I would never finish. She was fidgety and kept using her paw to bat my hand away in the front.

I am happy to say that the other groomer showed up today. She did the other goldendoodle and it was in just as bad a shape as the one I did. They belong to the same owner.

For my birthday a couple of months ago the owners of the shop I work at gave me a gift certificate for 3 30 minute massages. I called and scheduled one and I'm going in about an hour. I could upgrade to an hour for $25. I upgraded!
