Wow, third season of Falling Skies was mind blowing. Not sure if any of the posse are on board, but seasons 1 and 2 are on amazon prime video, and other places.

Although I typically don't favor this type of music, in the closing of the 2nd episode of this the third season, they had a large group perform this song, and it impressed me enough to look it up.

Drott let me know if that tutorial doesn't work for you. It was for Toshiba PC's and I don't know how much "slimmer" their Netbooks are, specifically HD size and/or partitions.

Running it now. As soon as I saw the f8 I rembered. Fingers crossed it works. Worth a try if not I have an Acer going in for a new hard drive I'll just take the Toshiba along. Thanks again Session.

    Evenin' guys and gals.

Its been an interesting night here. I finally got in touch with my dad and brother and was able to get them to agree to have a nice family heart to heart. No wives. No kids. Just the three of us. Im glad we/they did... Dad was so hurt from the ordeal, he was in tears. But after getting everything aired out, I think we're better. Maybe not "all better" but definitely better.

Now the bad news. I took my bike to dads house this evening. They are doing a lot of road work on the road leading to dad's neighborhood. Yeah, you know where this is going.... When I made the turn in to my dad's street, I realized, too late, that where the two roads join was covered in dirt/sand/loose gravel. As I made the turn, I hit the dirt, and my back tire was coming out from under me before I slowed down enough. I went down. Thankfully, I wasnt going very fast, and I had all of my safety gear on. Im glad I spent the money and got a decent jacket with armored shoulder, elbow and back pad. There isnt a single scuff mark on the nylon. I plinked my helmet so lightly I didnt realize my head even hit the asphalt. My right boot is scuffed up pretty bad though. But my jeans didnt even rip at the knees. I have two small areas of road rash on my right arm, and a good three inch strawberry on my right knee, but thats really it. THe bike fared about the same as I did. She's got a little road rash on her right fairing and exhaust pipe, and the right rear turn signal is dangling, but otherwise, shes in decent shape. Im still ...... about the damage. She may be a 20 year old bike, and may not have been too expensive, but it sucks knowing shes not as pretty now as she was 6 hours ago.

    Me too, on both counts.

Mrs E was acting like I was in a hospital when I came home. When I pulled in the driveway, she and all three kids rushed out to see me and the bike. None of them would go to bed until they saw my knee. I actually had to say "Now that everyone has seen that daddy is ok, its time to go to bed." But, I guess its better to know they care, than to think they didnt care.

Im off to bed. I hope you all have a great night!!!

I only liked this because you and your bike are relatively fine. :) Poop happens, character marks on the bike are earned.
