Mornin'..... So.....tired.... We were doing pretty much the same thing last night as we were trying to do a few weeks ago when I got stuck at a customer site because of ..... engineers. That night took roughly 5 hours, not counting drive time. Last night took roughly an hour and a half of actual work time. BUT, I was able to pick up 4 hours of OT. I may actually get 6 hours by the end of the week.

Im still trying to find someone willing to join me in DC during my donation process. So far, everyone that Ive asked either cant take the time off, or doesnt have the time off to take. When I look back at it, it was so much easier having unmarried/non-parent friends in the military. Growing up sucks!

Sorry, but that's funny!

Well, I thought I had some Nyquil. Actually I did, but it expired in 2003. Looks like when I'm feeling better I need to clean out the medicine cabinet.
You wouldve been fine. Nyquil gets stronger as it gets older. Like a fine wine!

They need to make some things to not expire. Like Immodium AD, when you need that, who the heck wants to have to run to the store for it??
There are so many things that I could say to that. But I will limit it to: We always have a supply of that in the house. ALWAYS. Go to Walmart and look for their $.88 bin. They have packs of it for, you guessed it, $.88. Worth every penny.

Good morning and coffee is about all I got right now. *yawn*
Thats all we need.

I just got home with Ruger. His neutering went good although he seems a bit pizzed at me. I left there $350 poorer with the surgery, pain meds, flea treatment for all 3 dogs and heartworm pills for the two little ones. We use horse heartworm stuff for Shrek that I can buy at the local feed & seed.

I canned 6 jars of grape jelly yesterday. I'm about to can a few pints of salsa in a few minutes. Then off to Target for meds and then a doctor appointment. After all that it'll be time to pick up Morgan. I'm going to attempt to get at least 3loads of laundry done today if my dryer cooperates. Its been taking several cycles to dry a load of clothes. I've ceaned out the lent thingy and it hasn't helped. I hope its not dying on me.

James looks like we think the same. But you type faster.:lol:
I would say "great minds" or something like that. But we both know my mind isnt what most people would call "great".

What part of the lint thingy did you clean? Just the screen, or the exhaust vent? If you havent cleaned the vent, thats what you should try next. Pull the dryer out, disconnect the vent hose (its the only other thing stuck to the dryer other than the power cord). Unplug the power cord and pull it the rest of the way out. Then marvel at the size and shapes of the herd of dust bunnies and lint balls that you didnt realize could exist in nature like that. Then you can get creative. They make $40 dryer vent cleaners that hook to a drill that work really well, but if your exaust vent feeds straight to the wall, all you need is an unused toilet brush. I mean... you COULD use a used one, but.....ew... After you carefully run the brush through the vent while turning the brush, carefully shove a vaccum hose into the vent to remove everything youve dislodged. Then, go to where the vent comes out of the house (assuming you can reach it), and knock off as much of the lint/fuzzy concrete as you can. Use the brush into the exhaust of the dryer itself too, and vaccum that out as best as you can. You may be suprised at how much crap will blow out. Once you think your done, check everything one more time to make sure that whatever blows out didnt get caught up in the hoses, and reconnect everything.

Or make hubby do it. ;)

 None of us are normal, especially James. :p
I take offence to that accusation.

Uh oh... You dun dun it now. As soon as FV see chickens in sweaters, she's going to get out her knitting needles. And that never turns out well for anyone.
