Mornin' all. Not sure what today will hold for me. The lead tech was telling me yesterday that I may have to help in the field today, which will back me up yet another day in the warehouse. But Im not sure if he was just yanking my chain or if he was serious. Now that all of those returns are done, I get to finish the paperwork on them. Fun stuff.

The diet wagon is a tough one to stay on. Mrs E made chocolate chip cookies last night. It was physically painful trying to restrain myself from eating one. BUT, I have lost nearly 9 pounds in the last two weeks. Im almost back to my pre-holiday weight. Once I lose another 5 pounds or so, its going to stop coming off. But Im going to stick with it. I would like to be able to get into size 36 pants before we go on vacation the week of July 4th.

We're also trying to pull in the reigns on Kathryn's eating habits. She's not fat by any stretch of the imagination, but she's eating more than I do. And thats saying a lot. Then she'll turn around and ask for desserts after eating seconds and sometimes third helpings of dinner. I fully understand that she is a young girl growning up and needs to eat when she's hungry, but I think she's pushing that limit of eating and overeating.

Some guys prefer 'fluffy'. :)
Yes. Yes we do.

Good morning, all. My 4 hours of sleep isn't cutting it this morning. I'm dead on my feet (in my chair?)! And I'm going to the hockey game tonight. I'm gonna ask the Indian chick to drive.
Cant like that. Hope you can get some rest soon.

Morning all starting the day off Dog Tired. Extra vit b12 needed. Good news I make it through today and I'm off till Wed. YEA.
I liked that because of the time off. Not the dog tired. I wish I had a day off. My next holiday isnt until Memorial Day.

We can't get my oldest to eat... well not enough.
I just learned there is not much worse than getting inside of a nice warm house after being out in the 13* weather then realizing your phone is still in the truck. I did not wanna go back out. I got paid so I stopped to get mr some gas station biscuits and gravy. Hope everyone's day is great

I was. Why they have a switching yard that makes them close Hwy 13 (the only way in and out of town) for 20 minutes, multiple times a day, is anyone's guess.

And good morning to you Bamrz!

That doesn't sound very convenient. :glare:

I occasionally get stuck at one on the way to work. If I leave the house 5 minutes later than normal, I will catch the stupid train crossing. It wouldn't be so bad, but they have the switch set to close the crossing when the train is at the previous stop picking up passengers. I know it probably has to do with minimum distances and all that, but it's aggravating knowing you're sitting there while people are getting on and off the train.
