34 Kanthal

One of the day rides that Barb and I did together was to Simon Pearce. It was really cool, we got to get pretty close to watch.

Provari's are really the hardest PV to use when you're just starting out with rba's. They error out for every freaking short, so you don't even get a chance to nudge them out of the coil.

If you have something else, like a Silver Bullet, or something that's not VV, try getting it set up on that first. Even an eGo would work to get used to setting up your wick and coil.

That's furnace work. I only have a Provari and Provari mini

Shatner if u take that wick out throw coil away, heat it red drip some juice on it and start it on fire letting it go out 3 times the wick will be dark brown.
Then take 6inch of your coil fold it in half and twist it. Put 1 side in drill hold other side with something and spin TIGHT. Then install back on that coils 5 wraps start on fire 1 more time with coil on it to (seat) wick, Put juice on wick lower provari to lowest setting at first.. U can vape that tonight. With that RBA u need to leave fill screw out or in my opinion it sucks! and u will always get Dry hits..

I'm not ....ing with an RBA again until I see, in my hand, what you do. Or I WILL use the RBA that V sent me for target practice. Thank god for a Savage bolt action .22 and a suppressor. My neighbors would never know.

Or you could consider the spirit in which it was given, and pass it along to someone else that would like to try one.

Issue 1 is the fill plug throw it out issue 2 the wick hole don't lineup with cap file down cap or install oring mine was oring, issue 3 china wick and coil GARBAGE.
I'm glad you know what's going wrong with these Paul. I got the batch from a co-op to share, and all they are doing is aggravating the posse.
No worries, once I see what you do, and how to do it, I can make more like it. (In theory) Mr. V can help. This ought to be fun....
one of us will be saying "stop yelling at me" within 15 minutes.

Ummm For this RBA i take twisted coil wrap it around the Allen wrench that comes with it,(that i used to remove fill plug and throw out) then install coil on a wick you rolled.:) every RBA is different but once u know wick size the rest is easy.

Now the 1 u got is different for iH i really only sent you 3 different resistant coils and 1 straight 1 so you can wrap your own. The trick to me is wrap coil around something the same diameter as wick then transfer over. Search peter k coil on google doing it that way with twisted is fool proof..

You have PM.

Find you on Facebook, you mean? I tried, but there are a lot of Paul Toms'.

Thanks! I've tried at least 20 times (no BS) and every time I get an 'OP' error on the Provari or the coil pops as soon as I hit the button. And it looks exactly like the ones in all the vids I've seen. I'm tempted to use it as target practice, but I told V I'd send it back if it didn't work out for me.
U will get it

All liked.Yackey bunch today.
YACK
I agree with paul about every part but the fill screw. If you get the air hole to line up with the wick you can use the fill screw and not have a huge mess. The coils that come on it suck. Chunk them. Anything you wrap, twisted or not, will be better than that. And burn that wick that came with it.
Blahh without making wick hole bigger no chain vaping with fill screw in. Ok leave it in but drill a hole in the center :) this small wick struggles in my opinion with it in.

I can change coils and be back vaping in less than 10 min now.
9 if u throw out fill screw

It was tongue in cheek. Just expressing how utterly frustrating these are to me. Of course I'll pass it on. But first, Paul is being awesome and making some wick/coils for me. :)

So that's your trick. I'll try that. Later. I'm done with RBAs for at least a week.
