*whew* Its over.... finally.
I thought I would celebrate by taking the bike out. Afterall, Mrs E had the kids out of the house, and I thought since the weather was nice, I could enjoy about an hour on two wheels. So, I start it up, and head out. I knew I was low on gas, so I knew the gas station had to be my first stop. Nope. I made it less than a mile down the road when it died. No worries, I have a reserve. I reach down to the petcock to flip it from main to reserve.... I cant find it... I take my helmet off, and lean over and look under the tank. I find the petcock... but the effin' switch handle isnt there.
I got lucky though. I happened to break down in front of a rider's home. He spotted me a gallon. I think Im going to buy him a guardian bell and leave it in his mailbox as thanks. Made it to the gas station, and filled up for less than $12.
Any job...? Something involving racing or testing high end cars. Or video gaming.

No. OTR is not a good idea. And Im not saying that from a selfish standpoint. Think of how miserable you were while you were on the road. And the offer is still open for you to defer all customer complaints to myself, JD, or Rick. I know Im kinda throwing their names out there, but I really dont think they would mind.

I never knew there was such a job until a friend got one doing that for HD/Buell I think? The only drawback was she had to do it at their track - in the freaking desert! But if I had a do-over, I'd choose veterinarian. Even though some owners aren't so hot, animals are awesome!
Oh yeah, and I just got home. I think we left here a little after 7pm, and I only spent about 20 minutes chatting at G/F's house before I headed back home. And I forgot to eat, so I need to do that before I go to bed.

Morning, all. Happy Tuesday! I'm counting down to vacation (leve on the 27th). It's HOTTTT here - 102 yesterday. Fortunately it's been about 10 degrees cooler at the Happiest Place on Earth. The ride home on the bike yesterday was just short of unbearable once I got away from Orange County. Hope it cools down soon, and I hope the whole summer isn't going to be like this.
