Sonny went for his mandatory health check up for work. They test all employees every three months now. And he is classified as a smoker, even though he quit over a year ago. He explained that he's a vaper, showed his mod and everything. Nope, he tested positive for nic in his blood so he is classified as a smoker. And his insurance rate will increase unless he uses an "approved" cessation plan. ie: chantix, gum, patch. He's not a happy camper.

Thank you obamacare for telling my kid to take a mind altering drug or a proven to fail gum/patch. And for charging him $50 extra per month for vaping. *%$DF*&#!!!!!!

I can't like that, even though I like your final thought on the matter.

Night woodboy, sweet dreams.

I'm frustrated by that, and the fact that if a person is uninsured at the end of this year they will be fined over $700. The following year it will be over $1500. But I can't get insurance. I've been denied each and every time I apply, but will be fined anyway. It makes absolutely no sense at all. :grr:

I wondered about that.I guess everyone will be tested for dun dun dun...Nicotine....What they fail to understand is the fact that people that smoke die younger...Take for instance my Dad and Mr.???? Dad....Mr.???? Dad had a heart attack at age 50...He had 2 or 3 after that.We were always on death watch...For 30 years he almost died.He was in and out of hospitals during those 30 years.Countless heart surgeries, pneumonia, hernia, you name it he had it...His hospital bills were out of control. He just recently died at 83 years of age. My Dad smoked from age 9 or 10.He was diagnosed in 1987.He died in 1988.No time in the hospital,Tylenol with codeine for pain.a couple of beers a day and he was gone at age 68....Please explain to me why smokers cost more...Most don't live long enough to need nursing home care.

You do..It's behind the whatchamallcallit...
The sun is out right now but the forecast says thunderstorms later. Its the perfect time to go out and try out my new sander but I can't find the big long orange extension cord. Hmmmm, do we even have one?

I dunno Drott. It seems like an intrusion into our civil rights since Nicotine intake is legal. How we can be fined or punished for something that's legal in all 50 states? To me is blatantly prejudicial..

Is that legal ????

You were right. I found it. Now I can't figure out how to load the sandpaper onto the sander. The instructions stink. Actually i know how to get it on there but its not working out like it should. I got disgusted with it and put it up.
