OK, how long does it take to do an APB(All Points Bulletin) on a chicken? We have anxiously been waiting on FV to report back in. I forgot how far she lives from hut2 but I'm guessing everything is about 25 miles apart. We'all(is that a southern word?) need an update.

No news folks. Just more feathers. She's gone. 
Lil Sis and I walked all over the woods calling for her and no answer. I feel terrible. I let her run around because she hates being in a pen and the big girls pick on her. So it's my fault.

It's not your fault.You thought you were doing good by letting her get away from the mean ones.And you were.She would have been so unhappy being picked on everyday..You gave her a good life..Who knows she may wander back on her own...(((FV)))

Mr. V had to go Lowe's today. He stopped at the Farm store and bought me an incubator. Just in case I want to hatch a baby Stretchy.
You would try it and then sell all your worldly possessions so you could live in Louisiana during crawfish season every year.

You just eat the tail, like an itty bitty lobster. At least that's the part I'll eat.
