Rant warning!
I bought a mini split heating/air unit for hut 2.1 on Amazon. It was supposed to deliver by 7/9. On 7/9 some guy from a trucking co. called to tell me that there was a mistake and it couldn't ship until the 11th. It's a new seller. Anyhoo, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said the 11th was fine. And nothing. On the 16th I emailed him
through Amazon asking ...? in nice terms of course. Nothing. Yesterday I opened a claim with Amazon, and left the guy pretty carpy, but true, feedback. Today I get a nasty email, and a tracking number. It's supposed to be here on the 23rd now. I was freaking because it's $1500.
Would you accept or refuse the merchandise?
