I doubt it. There's a known mechanical issue with the assembly, at least on the Jeep forums. There's a bar with a "squeezy clip" that can slide out of place, or the bar itself can move so it won't open. He didn't really hit my car very hard, and just enough on the corner to crack the lens cover on the tail light.
Stretchy killed it. Quiet around here today.
We got the doors so new they have to be put on. I came home and fell asleep for an hour and a half. Right now I'm playing with Ruger and cookies g supper. OK, I'm heating up food from my grandmas but it requires I be in the kitchen.
As my Aussie friend would say: "Near enough's good enough"! Re-heating qualifies as cooking dinner. At least in my book. I used to cook all the time. Now I'm so busy I don't seem to have time to enjoy cooking. I miss it sometimes....

And I did! I am now the proud owner of 3 silver laced and 3 golden laced polish eggs. I got sniped at the last second on the toulbunts. I wasn't home to babysit my bids. So hopefully, USPS willing, I will have 12 eggs in my incubator shortly. *fingers crossed*
What a day, we are pooped! But the front windows are all in, and we have a new front door, frame and all. We need to trim it all in, but it's installed. Also got some stuff inside assembled, so we're on a roll.

Victor decided to eat one of Mr. V's shoes while we were gone. He was so happy to greet us at the back door with a scrap of leather hanging out of his mouth.

Mornin' folks. It looks like its going to be another fun day. We've got a lot of stuff that looks like will be coming in today, and I have to go in the field to help out the techs. The m0r0n had his last day Friday, one guy is out becuase he just had a Pacemaker put in, and another guy is on vacation. Its gonna be a nasty week.
Good morning. Its drizzly and cloudy today. It feels like its rained all summer. Hubby is going tto put up the laundry door today. I'd like to paint the bathroom and the doors in the house today. Who knows what I'll end up doing.
I found another funny quirk Ruger has. Every morning I put the oil from two fish oil capsules on the dogs food. Usually Ruger comes in from outside and immediately starts eating. The past few days he hasn't done that. He goes straight to the counter where the bottle of capsules are and stares at the counter until I put it on the food. Then he'll eat.

Morning posse. I could have slept in very easily. It's in the 70's, a nice breeze... darn Monday comes too fast.
The sun is trying so hard to peak through the clouds here. If it will come out I can go outside and work on my table.
As usual I've waited til the last minute to get the teacher intro folders put together to give the the kids teachers. This takes for freakin' ever to do. I need to work on this today and tomorrow so I can get the folders to the school so the teachers have them before school starts. And of course try to edit the videos a bit. Mainly updated pics but not sure if that's gonna happen.

It rained a lot yesterday here. Of course it didn't start until we took out the old windows. We ended up duct taping a sheet of plastic to the front of the hut and worked under it. As Stretchy would say: fun times.
