I've been trying too. Just thinking about how many small businesses they are going to kill off, myself included, makes me furious. And the thought of how many people will have to just smoke. I have doctors for customers, and get new customers that were referred by their doctors. Health-wise, it makes no sense to kill us off. No one has been harmed by a juice that I am aware of, either China or US made.
We can't do retail here, there's simply no vapers to support a store front. We'll have to just stop making juice.
There's more than one way to skin a cat.....
The FDA said they will announce the proposed regs in October. Then there will be a comment period which they will not listen to. They still have not responded to our petition. After the comment period they will make the regulations. Then the lawsuits will begin, which should at the very least buy us more time.
Please also keep in mind that they had announced their intended date of April 2013. April came and went, and nothing happened.
Stretchy and I will be moving south to start our tobacco farm. Look for the woman in stretchpants and the witchdoctor squeezing leaves out back, that will be us.
That's a little good news...If it drags out like most government programs .I'll be dead before they ban it...
I'm going to sleep now. good night folks. See everyone tomorrow. Have a good night all!

Mr. V remembered my old funky mods name. The Sparkplug for Smokers.![]()

those things worked sooo well..
I had one that almost blew up on me.
Tiff, I actually found this pic before I saw this comment:how in the world would you use a screwdriver as a battery?
Right, the only batteries we wouldn't be able to get would be the ego's, spinners, iTastes, etc. The ones that go into the mods would not be affected.what she said.
Stretchy, are they all going to be named Spud? Oh, and your girl accidentally landed on a perch today. She was pretty impressed with herself up there. A whole 2" above the rest.
Batteries will always be available. They use the same batts in high end flashlights.
