We decided to give couponing a try since after our bills are paid we have around 100 bucks to eat on for the month. This is not easy... good grief.

I just got 2 pair of sneakers for work, $20 a pair. Wore the black ones today and they are pretty comfy, but definitely need some cushy insoles. I found out you can shop online at Costco without a membership, they charged me $1.85 surcharge for not being a member.

I just got home from my friend Cathy's house. She's the one that owns the small shop I work at. We picked a grocery bag full of jalapeno peppers and hot banana peppers. I brought them home and going to try my hand at some pepper jelly next week along with grape jelly.

It is absolutely delicious that way. It's sweet and sometimes has a bite to it depending on how many jalapenos are used to make it. I'm using jalapenos and red and yellow bell peppers. And lots of sugar. You should try it.
