The Prettiest in NeverNear
Soooo in the search for a cervical collar for Little Dixie Kisses I found one called BITENOT...It won't let the dog move its neck to bite or scratch surgeries or wounds on their body.It takes the place of those lousy cone collars. We thought it might work in place of the cast that she's wearing now...I got them yesterday.I ordered them in 3 different sizes..I wanted to get it right and send the rest back...We couldn't try it on Dixie because she still has the cast on so we decided to see how Ricky would do in it.He's a little bigger than Dixie but we would get the idea..
That poor puppy..We had him trussed up like a chicken. He let us put it on make adjustments, take it off ,put it back on and didn't fight us or flail to get it off.It fit him pretty good but we determined it was still too big for Dixie...Dammmmmmmmit.....Soooo I ordered the size down from the collar Ricky tried on and another one called something about bite but a little different design..They have to work...They just gotta.I can't bear her in that ridiculous cast ....In the mean time we determined all three casts would fit at least one of our dogs.So we're keeping all 3..just in case they need to put on a cone on for anything. We can use these instead thus guaranteeing they won't need them. It's a win win...

NOOOOOOOooooooooooooo
Good morning. It feels so good outside here. Today I'm making a hellmart run for canning stuff, go by another store for dogfood, make Alex work on school work, and hubby and I are going to work on Alex's room. Anyone wanna come help?

Floors cleaned, check. Laundry folding, halfway there. I had 4 loads to fold. I hate folding laundry. If its too wrinkled when I want to wear it, I spray it with wrinkle release and throw it in the dryer. Hubby's working on Alex's room. It was a pit and Alex needed desperate help. Hellmart, not yet. That may wait til tomorrow after work. Alex doing school work, done but only after WW III broke out between him and hubby about it.

Back to laundry now. Mini break is over.

We have to go to the pet store for bunny food and maybe some new toys. We have to keep them separated until little bunny is all better, which includes total separation, no toys, no treats from the same bag, have to change our clothes before we hold him, pretty much everything shy of wearing a hazmat suit.

Big bunny needs some toys and loving.

Thanks for reminding me, I have laundry to do.

My life is an endless procession of laundry baskets.

*sigh*

I told the kids last week that we're all going to become nudists. I swear, it's like they need a costume change three times a day. The laundry piles are insane.

Same thing here. I swear the laundry pile grows bigger overnight.

Alex's room is cleaned. Except cleaning the carpet and not sure it would help. After hubby installs Morgan's new floor were going to do Alex's room. I took before cleaning and after cleaning pix. next I'll start painting his room, then my mom is redecorating it. Hubby & I are both beat.

Check tractor supply and the local farm stores. They are always much cheaper than the pet stores. I got my last one on clearance at the farm store.
We were looking at rabbit/chicken hutches while we were at the pet store earlier, they wanted an arm and a leg.
