It will be here before you know it. Snap, crackle, pop! Nice and warm snuggling by the fire...:)

My post lunch check in got delayed...

Ive had two freight deliveries, a Bulk FedEx delivery, a regular Fed Ex delivery, and a FedEx Express. Then we got an alarm from one of our HVAC units. The same one that our vendors repaired last week is on the fritz again. Ive been going back and forth between techs and managers trying to figure out what kind of a part we need to request for spares, only to find out that they were talking about two different parts. Then the mechanic that is working on the Camaro called. The clutch he ordered wont work, and its only $1600 for the exact same kit thats in the car now. I figured since my mom was going to DC with me, we could save a few hundred dollars, and he could send the clutch off to be rebuilt. An hour later, the donation center called. They said that there was a secondary donor lined up for this little girl that I didnt know about. The doctors really wanted a marrow donation, which, I cant do because of my back. SO, even though I am a closer match, they are going with the secondary for the marrow. So now, my mom needs the car since there is no donation/trip to DC, but he's already sent off the clutch. Ive had to call HR to cancel my leave of absence, but I ended up leaving a voicemail. I will have to call my health insurance company after I talk to HR to cancel my short term disability request. BUT, as long as the marrow donation works, I dont mind.

*whew*

Oh, even though all of this stuff has come in today, with everything else going on, I havent been able to even think about doing my job. I have to stay a little late because of our HVAC vendors, and I have a game tonight, but I havent even had the time to put a line up together durning my lunch, like I normally do.

Douche Canoe still limiting OT I suppose.
Indeed he is. Im squeaking in an hour or two each week, mainly because of the HVAC vendors. But aside from that, thats about it. The only upside to it, is that my manager keeps saying "I dont care if this $h!+ stacks to the ceiling. Just stay busy, and do what you can." Granted, thats great as far as the work load is concerned, but it doenst help out my paycheck any.

Well maybe if it does stack to the ceiling the douche canoe will see why you need ot. Does he come there often or is he in the same building as you?

BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! And sully himself by hanging among the riffraff of the dept? Nah. I dont think he's been down here since before he took the position.

Whatever comes will come. And we'll just have to deal with it when it does.

In the meantime, we have a softball game to play! Im hoping that we do as well tonight as we did last Tuesday. We may not be able to win, but I think we can at least hold our own!

Y'all have a good evening!

We decided not to give Morgan anymore of the new med. She's been on it not even a week and her bp is constantly low and she's having horrible headaches. She stayed home from school today because she had such a bad headache that light and sound made her cry. I gave her a heat pad for her head and cut out the lights in her room and she was able to sleep. She's had a slight headache for a few days now but this one I could tell was bad. She goes back to the doctor tomorrow and hubby is taking her this time. I told him to tell the doctor to just go back to her original regimen of meds and if anything at all needs to be added for anxiety then Zoloft only as this has few side effects. They want to add all these meds that have just come out and these are the ones she's having problems with. Then she'll go to the peditrician for an annual check up and get them to sign off on the paperwork for the equine therapy program. Then I can send the paperwork off and she'll officially be on the waiting list for the spring session. Fingers crossed she can get in then.

My asthma has been giving me fits all day. I don't know why. I've used the inhaler and have had two nebulizer treatments. It works for about 30 minutes then I tighten right back up. Ugh. Now I can't breathe and I'm shaking horribly from the neb treatments.

Looks like Alex will go back to school on Oct 1st. cheer.gif Hopefully it will work. Fingers double crossed on that.

I want these boots. I'll never get them at $550 but I really like them. Maybe we'll win the lotto tonight. Hubby said he bought the winning ticket.

I also want the tater tot casserole I cooked for dinner. I'm having a salad though because I'm back on my diet to finish losing this baggage.

Yet again you reminded me I have a Dentist apt in Oct. Darn you Pumpkin.:lol: I only have to go 2x a year.:p
Just back from our semi annual trip to the dentist. The stress builds up to the time to go and you just hope it will be over soon. Then after it is over you start to think, well that wasn't too bad. What the hell. 6 months later you go through it all over again!
