The meeting went ok. Surprisingly. He's just really long winded. I actually have to say that from a management standpoint, I can now understand a lot of what he's doing. Not everything, but more than I did than when I went in this morning. Still... all of the changes that are coming are going to make for a long and difficult road. He did try to rationalize my OT being cut by claiming that, as a family man, he wants to make sure that I, as a family man, spend as much time with my family as I can. Yeah... that was BS. And lots of it. But, again, from a management standpoint, I understand that he doesnt mind having the OT approved, he just needs to see it justified more than "I need more hours in a day". And thats where my difficulties are. Mainly because thats why I need OT.

And just a few of the pix Ive been able to find so far:

It is a little different for someone like him to say I just want you to be able to spend more time at home, as he is doing the math on what his 20% raise will be on top of the $250,000 a year salary he is making now. Trust me I understand completely. There are a bunch of guys complaining to me my pants have tears in the knees, but it is all the office guys on salary that the overtime doesn't effect. Grrrr
