Doing the same as always here in Pa. Mean, miserable, fat and sassy.:lol:

All of those are fine qualities!

WJW...that made me tired just reading it..Hope it goes smoothly...

It went semi smoothly. First 4 hours was interviewing truck driver candidates. But the day was LONG. Class was good, and this is not a great group of students. However, we did a Lean exercise in class, and simulated a production environment. It was well received, so I'm going to incorporate it into all my Ops Analysis and Ops Management courses. Folding paper airplanes to learn Lean. AN oldie, but a goodie. :D

The nephew is in the hospital, he was just diagnosed with diabetes. He is nine years old and I feel real bad being this close to Halloween.

That sucks a LOT. Hope he's getting lots of love and support, and I'll bet he is.

mmmmmmfiveguysmmmmmm

We got a new Five Guys here in town a year or two ago.... It's good, but I can't say I'm a huge fan.

I actually cooked today. This morning I baked bread, so for dinner we had fresh bread with leftover roast beast and gravy. Yum! Now I am too full to move very fast. Mixing slowly.....

May I be invited to dinner next time you do this? I happen to love roast beast.

Next trip to Pa. I am there...

I want to move to Eastern PA. I think it might be the most beautiful place on Earth. Unfortunately, I don't think I could find a job.

Mrs E is either really brave, or really stupid. She is letting me dye her hair. Ive never dyed hair before.... This ought to be interesting.

Im going to go ahead and say "goodnight" now. Just in case she kills me afterwards.

Would you believe that frying a turkey is actually just as healthy as oven roasted? Seriously. The moisture in the bird is wicked out as it cooks, creating a barrier of water against the oil. As we all know from science class, oil and water dont mix, and viola, the oil doesnt touch the bird, but it will trap that layer of water against it, preventing it from drying out. I has a smart! Who knew!?

Lots of us knew, man. :p
I want pics of the dye job, and I'll bet I'm not the only one! The Indian chick let me cut her hair, and she said I was one of the few "hair dressers" that actually got it right. I don't wanna be a "hair dresser".

I usually buzz hubby's head but he decided to shave it all off so no hair to cut now. He's bald.

Which of course makes him SEXY. BALD is SEXY. :p

Man, I just blew my vape out my nose!:lol::lol:

Coulda been worse. Coulda been Coke. :D

I realized how deep my problem actually runs today. First a bit of background. I take different ways to work and home. I am usually in a bit of a rush to get to work. I make it on time 99.9999% of the time, but I still like a little wiggle room. I like taking my time on the way home, kinda a little time to relax. The slightly longer way I take home is a nice slow ride through the forest preserves. There is some residential area too, but at the end. Well today, I was a little more tired. I had a longer day because I had to drop off Mrs. G to help the family because of the nephew. I still took the same way home I always do. It just so happened I saw a doe with a fawn. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a huge buck running away from them. I just barely saw him but I knew he was huge. So what do I do... go home? Turn my truck to get a better look? No. I turn around and spend 45 minutes driving around in a small neighborhood trying to get a glimpse of him. In the end I found him, we spent about 30 seconds looking at each other. More than enough time to make me happy.

Good morning all.

Im still alive, so that means that she liked her hair. I was honestly suprised she let me do anything with her hair. The last time she wanted me to cut her hair was before Melanie was born. For sometime, I have been the hair cutter person for Kat. After demonstrating that I could trim hair evenly and not butcher it too badly, she decided that she needed her bangs trimmed. She pulled them out, and with her other hand made "finger scissors" and said cut HERE. So, I pulled her bangs out, put the real scissors at her bangs and said "Here?" She said yes. I snipped. I trimmed to even it all up. She looked in a mirror and literally screamed. She was mad because I shouldve known that when you pull curly hair, it will rebound to make it look shorter than where you cut. It didnt matter that I did exactly what she asked. I havent been allowed near her hair since, though I still do regular maintenance on the kids.

So, yesterday evening, she comes back from the store with a hair dye that she found for $1. Yep. One whole dollar. And asked me to do it. Obviously, I was hesitant. She mixed the cream in the bottle and I put on the ridiculously large sandwich bag gloves and followed her instructions. After the required amount of time, she takes a shower to rinse and condition, the blow dries it. It was supposed to be an even color. It was no where NEAR an even color. It looked like she had highlights put in. I was preparing myself for another fussin' at, when she looked in the mirror and actually smiled. It didnt turn out anything close to what she orginially hoped, but she said she actually likes it better than what she pictured. Not to mention, it looks like she had professional highlights done and she only paid a dollar.

Ok, that was my adventure. Now I get to continue working on my day. Ive already been informed that we have another HVAC unit in alarm for some stupid reason. That means that I get to call our vendors back out. That means an hour of OT today. Then I will probably working overnight tonight. Im gonna be exhausted, but I need the OT. With all the PTO I just took, I will only have two hours of OT on this paycheck. Im hoping for a solid 48 hours this week to make up the difference.

Have a good day everyone!

Im thinking of being creative. But it involves food. Im already thinking about Thanksgiving. Breast, plus stuffing, plus bacon, plus smoke, equals smoked bacon wrapped stuffed turkey breast.

mmmmmmRoastBeefSammichmmmmmm...

More ideas. Bread, topped with mashed taters, roast beef and gravy equals the ULTIMATE open faced roast beef sammich....

I swear, I dont know why Im fat.

I was trying to catch up but all I saw from this was "breast" :D

Well, our car decided it doesn't want to car anymore. There is something wrong with the fuel pump or the cam shaft position I think that is what the guy told us. Either way it can't be fixed by us. Grr.

I have had to do both, both are not fun. Fuel pumps are always a pain in the new cars (after mustle cars 60s/70s) cam shaft position sensor... well I just can't ever fit my fat hand in the spot to get to it (usually about 1/2 an inch if the engineer's were nice)

That stinks. It always happens at the worst times too.
