In WI the malls are doing candy give outs at the stores. Not the same as running wild in the streets like when we were kids.
Oh wow! I think you're right about the kids finding other things besides trick-or-treating. I think even the malls get into it around here, which is great if the weather is bad.

I only had two ring the doorbell. Once it got dark it was all quiet.
Hubby just got home from hunting. His three day trip turned into a one day trip alone cause his friend he goes with had to cancel. While I feel bad that he didn't get to go the whole time, I'm secretly doing the happy dance.
