Pond pump would be tough, the amount of amperage needed to run any pump (aside from a fish tank) is pretty big.
Depending on what watt light you are running in the coop you might be shocked how short of a time it lasts.
If you have to sometime I me wonder, then probably not.
His latest bit of ......ation is...well.........ed. To mount our equipment in customer sites, we used to use wall mount racks. He put the kabash on that. Ok, no big deal, we can mount directly to the wall using a piece of plywood as a backboard. Yesterday, while I was on my way to purchase more plywood, my manager calls and says no more backboards.The problem with this is easy to see. The equipment itself mounted directly to sheetrock/drywall isnt the issue. Its the DC power plants. The small ones weigh about 75 pounds with batteries, and we dont use them very often any more. The usual plant weighs about 125lbs with batteries. Usually, we have a choice of places to mount and can find a wall stud, meaning this wouldnt be a problem. But often enough, we dont have that option. Sometimes the only space available doesnt have a stud where we can screw into it. So, we're going to be putting a lot of weight on walls that cant support the weight. He is Douche Canoe. Hear him rawr.

Me, too....when I had a life I used to make home-made pizza crusts and freeze a few for later.
Today I needed to run to Madison. Of course I had to stop at Harbor Freight. They didn't have the cut off saw that I needed, so not to leave empty handed I bought a solar panel. I am going tostealborrow a battery from the boat and try to light my chicken coop by solar panel. What was I thinking? No one has any clue, and Mr. V is still swearing that my dreads are too tight, cutting off all oxygen to my brain. If it works, I get the last laugh. If it does not, I'll never live this one down.
This will be legendary if you make it work. We need pics. And a schematic. My money's on you...make Mr. V buy you dinner out for doubting you.
I think it will work. The kit comes with a light, the only other thing I run in the coop is the auto door. It's a teeny tiny motor, so shouldn't be too big of a draw. I'll post it working. Or a pic of me hanging my head in shame.
Ok if it comes with one you are set then. I was picturing a few... heck I had no idea. But figure a 60 watt bulb on an inverter would last probably less than 4 hours. Where as 12v lights, say back-up lights for your truck last a lot longer. There is a loss at the inverter itself. I have no idea how big a coop is, or if they don't like being in the dark at night. I think you will be able to laugh. Your dreads sre not cutting off any oxygen.

The pizza was good. Morgan's friend that is over for the night is really sweet. She's already been slimed by Shrek a couple of times. They both have a lot in common and it has cheered Morgan up to have her over.
Hubby's' going back out hunting in the morning. Maybe he'll get something tomorrow. I just wish he wasn't going out alone. All I'll know is that he's at Hanahatchee Wildlife Management Area. It's a couple of hours away and he doesn't have cell service there.

I tried pizza on the webber grill once, it was amazing how fast that "home made" pizza crust turned black. Then I dropped it trying to take it off. Yep I can NOT cook... at all
The light is just so I can see what I'm doing in there. They don't need a light, and they certainly can't have a night light.

Evening all spent the last copula hours looking at phones and plans on the internet. So still don't know what I want. But pretty Shure I need an unlocked phone.
I'm not that great of a cook either. I can do a few things really good, but most mediocre. James is the posse chef.
