Mornin' y'all.

The cookout went great. Much better than the July 4th one I had. I actually stayed sober enough to enjoy the whole night! Everyone showed up that said they would show up. We kinda over did it on the food though. I spent nearly $100 over my alotted budget. Some of the parents knew it and tried to give me more money. I turned it down. I had to tell them it was my thanks to them and their daughters for a great season. Once most everyone left, we had one parent left, and three players. Surprisingly, one of them was the kind of kid who never likes staying anywhere. So when she asked her dad if she could stay, he was so shocked he said yes. They hung out until 10:30 around the firepit roasting marshmallows. They went through an entire bag. I had to stop Melanie and CJ after 7 a piece. All in all it was a great Saturday. Setup went smoothly. We had plenty of food. Everyone got full and we had very few leftovers. Even clean up was much easier than the July 4th one. Granted, I still have a lot to put away, but it really wasnt/isnt all that bad.

Today, I came into work bringing chicken biscuits from Bojangle's. Friday was my three year anniversary with this company. I just hope we can all survive the Douche Canoe so I can have many more years with an alright company around some awesome people.

I think my dishwasher died.
How can it be dead.... Youre still typing?

I was going to like that Dan, but can't like Mrs G taking off with your stuff in the truck. :(

I started out with a plastic tackle box with the trays, and now also have the wooden tool chest from Harbor Freight. What I really need to do is go through my stuff and see what I need to put in the classies give to James.
Fixed it for ya. ;)

I don't mind being old but it is the hardest thing I've ever done...The worst thing is putting underwear on..Remember when you just put them on and went on your merry way..When you get old you have to find a wall to lean against to put them on.I don't know when that happened..Everything is like that.Dog leash clasps are a PITA to hook onto their collar..Again I have no idea when I lost that skill..I get PO'd at least 5 times a day trying to do things I used to do all the time..
My grandmother has always told us "Getting old ain't for pu**ies". Seriously. Thats an accurate quote.

36 great age...
I wouldnt know. I havent gotten that far yet.

;)

Good morning. Working today. I know I've got at least three dogs. My arm and neck are still out of sorts but not as bad as yesterday. I'm trying to be really careful how I move and took 3 ibuprofen. Wonder wth I did to it?

I hope everyone has a good Monday!
Feel better soon Tiff.

Good (?) morning. It's Monday.
Meh. At least we're alive to see it.

Sounds like a good time for all Saturday. I'm glad it went well. You can send some of the leftovers over here. You should have my address. : laugh:

:p on the dishwashing comment. I hate washing dishes. Guess we've all had to do it at some point. The part to fix it should be here Friday.

And thank you. Just took more Advil. As long as I don't use my right arm it only throbs a bit. I'm right handed though.
