Okay I meant Valuum, not vicodin hehehe

Hubby is off to get burgers somewhere - I said pick a place.

Son vetoed the Nano idea, said "Dad will never be able to see it". He also vetoed the Bose headphones, why may you ask, which I did. His response was "we already have a set". Hmmm, those were for my birthday present 2 years ago. Everyone just uses them, like all of the gifts I get. My headphones are currently on my desk upstairs which is now AJ's homework desk.

Bored. I could write a book.

Oh, MRI results, Tuesday or Wednesday (my bet is Thursday).

Sounds like none of us wanted to cook.

For those of you with IPhones, my daughter found two free apps for her weight control issue. One is called "My fitness Pal", the other one I can't remember the name is from Nike & she says that one works her until she sweats. Who knew you could count calories and be fit with one touch of your phone. Sorry I can't spell tonight. I gave the app names to Mr. Hubby. Hope he uses them

I'm kind of sad. Tomorrow is Labor Day and on most years Mr. Hubby's birthday. Its the day that I always went to the cemetary and cleaned my parents and little brothers head stones. I gave them a good scrumming and brought trimmers to cut the grass that the cemetary doesn't get. Its year three - I can't imagine how over grown they are. I guess I can do it in October :)

I'm also sad because there was a party at our house or someone else's in the neighborhood celebrating the end of summer and back to school. A bike started around 2 or so, followed by Root Beer floats and a cookout. Ending early enough for the little ones to go to bed. Even the big kids decorated their bikes. I miss home.

((((janie))))

Not sick other than my usual maladies, but apparently was very tired. Seems like I do that once a week, just sleep forever one day.

Well glad you're not sick then!

I put corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot this morning, so dinner was done when we were ready to eat. I love crock pots.

Sonny and I watched survivorman, we've spent the last hour or so outside trying to start a fire with sticks. We'd freeze to death if we were stranded somewhere.
