Ok.... Sky High/SkyZone/whatever you want to call it... Bad idea if you arent a young and skinny person with no physical maladies. Here's some math for you. Standing on the ground, you are experiencing 1G. The force of gravity times 1. To be catapulted into the air, you must experience at least twice (Im just guessing) that force to jump a distance into the air, where you briefly experience a zero G before the pull of gravity brings you back down into contact with a trampoline which will increase the amount of force being exerted onto your body and the cycle repeats itself until you stop jumping. So, IF you experience 2Gs at the point of maximum acceleration upwards, the 215 pounds you weigh is transformed into 430 pounds... In a body that has a bad back and constantly plagued with shin splints/stress fractures, this added force tends to create a fair amount of pain for some odd reason.

It was fun watching the kids bounce around though. I just wish that they had like a ten minute complimentary jump time for old/fat parents.

We followed up that with lunch at Moe's. Nothing like eating a single meal that totals nearly 2000 calories. It was SO good though.

That was followed with a nap until 4 when I was woken up by a thunderstorm rolling through. In the middle of yet another one right now.

Just finished a super gormet dinner of frozen pizza for the kids. I made myself a tuna melt using "Hickory Smoked" tuna from Starkist.

About to throw the kids in bed, then its time for ice cream

One is called "My fitness Pal", the other one I can't remember the name is from Nike & she says that one works her until she sweats. Who knew you could count calories and be fit with one touch of your phone. Sorry I can't spell tonight. I gave the app names to Mr. Hubby. Hope he uses them
Ive been using MyFitnessPal for a while. Its effective as long as you are honest with it. :D

Where;s James? Sleeping in I'll bet...
No ma'am, not today. I had to get up before 8 to help get kids ready for the day to leave by 9 so I could torture my body like a complete idiot.

Na hes tormenting live.:lol:He'l be here sometime today.Hoping hes having nice weather.
It was a nice day until about 4. Which is fine by me. That meant that I didnt have to go do outside chores after naps. :D

I need to go change. brb.

Edit: that's more like it. :grr:
Im not liking that.

Hello all...I revisited some of my Copper Creek juices last night after a few weeks and now have an $80 order planned out to place on Friday after blowing through 3ML of House Blend in a matter of hours (yikes).

Oops and yay all at the same time.
The only oops was getting just 3mls of House. At least now you know you need 120mls ever order.

Imgur is a photo site, like photobucket. I use it because it is super simple.

Customer service gal is back. I seriously need to hire someone to do this for me, I take it way to personally.
I volunteer Mrs E. No, I have neither told her or asked her about it.

Thanks everyone.

Who wants to apply for the cs job? :D
Not me... my inability to cope with idiots would make it not a very smart move on your part. Most people dont take kindly to a cs rep calling them a .......ing, then pointing out each reason that makes them so stupid, then hanging up on them.

Setting down the axe and heading over to hut 2. Let the weekend orders mixing begin....
This late at night?!?!?! You are supposed to NOT work today!!!!
