Ungh... My wife (current one) is aggrivating. I just asked if she would come with me and Kat to the ball field tonight to not only help Kat practice, but to help me get in a workout, and get one in for herself. "Cant you go to the gym? Im tired.".... really? TWO days at work so far this week, each a 6 hour shift. The poor thing. 
Noted. I'm making broccoli & cheese quiche tonight. Not the healthiest when I put in a ton of cheese.

I think I'm stepping down from 12 to 6 mg...I've been chain vaping (boredom at work...I drive a lot) and 12 is starting to be too much. Not a bad thing I suppose! Hopefully doing 60/40 PG/VG will allow me to keep at least a little throat hit. Anywho I'm rambling...hope you are all having a super day!
