From what youve said about each location, it really does sound like Victor made the right choice. If end cost is going to be about the same from church plus repairs compared to upfront cost of the sammich shop, AND the sammich shop has the awesome kitchen, I think that its the best bet. Even though mixing in a real life House House would be AWESOME.
