Not rich my ...!! There's only a couple things I miss about Houston.. one- cruising around River Oaks pretending I was a billionaire, two- all the coffee shops in Montrose..

Damn that's too bad about there not being a lot of vape shops.. I'll ask a buddy of mine from there what the heck he was talking about..

Either way my sis stays out in Richmond so I'll eventually make it out that way again. Maybe we can hit up Borders and make old ladies stare at us w/disdain as we blow CLOUDS of vapor at their wrinkled faces..

This is a very nice area, but there are little pockets where you can find old houses for cheap. Like between River Oaks and Montrosse. ;)

For sure, next time your in Houston, hit me up!

*sigh* *stretch* *yawn*

Good morning.... I dont remember if I told y'all yesterday, but Melanie went home from school early with a fever yesterday. Her temp is a rollercoaster of numbers. 98-99 after meds, 102-103 before them. Mrs E went to work at 6:30 this morning, and Melanie crawled in the bed with me and stayed snuggled up against me all morning. She did eat a bowl of dry Froot Loops though. Just a cough and fever, but she still has an appetite...

I think Im going to try to string up the last of our icicle lights today. Then its off to the gun shop to see if I can buy some mounting rings for my new scope. I tried to mount it last night, but the rings that came with it are too big to mount to my rifle, and the rings I had are too short.

But for now, I think Im just going to sit here and veg out on the couch.

LaRue Tactical | The Dead Center of Precision for rings and mounts of any kind. Expensive, but built for a life of abuse and will never loose zero.

Veging outs good. I'm off for 5 days after today. But no veging for me. I have to try and make this Christmas thing happen.
After the way the last couple of weeks have gone, I need the veg out time. I'll be back in the mancave tonight too. If I dont make today my relaxing day, I wont have a chance to relax until after Christmas. Of course, my relaxing day still involves climbing on the roof, but it could always be worse.

I often find myself climbing onto the roof to relax. It's a Mom thing...Hope everyone either gets sick before Christmas or after.Kids look forward to Christmas all year long.I feel so bad for them when they get sick at Christmas time.

The kids have been rotating through various bugs/illnesses for like three or four weeks now. One gets sick, gets better. Next one gets it, gets better. Third one get sick, gets better. Then we start over with new symptoms with the first one all over again.

Id rather them get it done and over with now and be healthy for Christmas.

Who's Willie?

Back from the party. ” willie”, is still here. I don't think he's ever been in a house. I coaxed him into the house for a few minutes but BB is so high strung and wa scaring him. He was so nervous he dribbled on the floor the poor thing. Brought him back out for now.
